Want to train with your friend? Want to build on your understanding of proper fitness technique? Foundations is for you. With session sizes between 2-4.

  • Warmup: 10 min: aerobic/mobility, movement prep
  • Skill and/or power dev 10 minutes
  • Strength: 20 minutes, compound movements
  • Unilteral: 10-15 minutes, muscular endurance/hypertrophy
  • Conditioning: 5-10 minutes, movement specific AMRAP, EMOM, TABATA, etc.
